WONDER

In room 14 we finally finished our book, wonder. I'm sure everyone has read the book and learnt about it. you shouldn't judge people on what they look like because it's hard for those people who don't think their normal. My favourite part was that overheard his friends saying that they were forced to be friends with August on Halloween, Halloween is his favourite time of the year because he gets to hide his face. My favourite part was that jack punched Julian.

Earthquake

This is my presentation about earthquake. I was talking about how it can form sorts of things and cause a lot of danger.

Maths

On Monday I learnt about house pattern.We had Maths about matchsticks pattern.We had had to go in groups and Mrs Moore gave us a number. We had to get our maths book and figure out the rule of this pattern. I was number 7 so our group had to figure it out and find the rule. After our group has explained our rule we finished and we had to sit on the mat and wait for the other group to finished. We had to pick two people to go explain how we got the rule and how we figured it out. We had to draw the table and we had to add 5 in each patterns. After when the two people from my group explained we were happy. Our rule was 5 x 1 = 5 + 1 = 6

5 x 2 = 10 + 1 + 11

5 x 3 = 15 + 1 = 16

5 x 4 = 20 + 1 = 21.

The rule was keep adding 5 + 1.

Recycle Trip To Visiy

On Wednesday we went to recycle trip with room 13 and when we went there I was so excited to go inside and see what was in there. When I went there it was awesome and cool. I learnt that if a bottle with out the lid doesn't recycle and the bottle with the lid recycle's. I wish I could work there. The lady name was Maria she told us to wear a safety helmet, bright green or orange jacket, and I forgot one more thing the Glasses. I was cool and I looked like a worker.

Keeping Safe Online

Jump Rope

First we have to do self skipping

After self skipping We rotated and did peer skipping.

Then When we get tired we get to have a rest or play with the hula hoops and hops scoches.

We also did was relays and double douches.

Lastly we have to see who could do the most skips,and mine was 71

Snow White

Dear Snow white. I have finished reading your book. I have some feedback to tell you about the apple and the creepy old lady?. Here are some questions.

Why did you eat the apple?. Why did you let the creepy old lady come in?. Why did you opened the door to the creepy old lady? since grumpy said to don’t open the door to strangers. Why did you listen to the creepy old lady?. Why did the prince kiss you. Why did you go and sleep in some stranger's house. Why did you go to the forest by yourself?

Here's some advise don't talk to strangers, don't eat what ever a stranger provides and be safe. That's all what I wanted to say, we wish you the best in all your life with your prince and remember what I said,goodbye now, I love you.

Maths

This week we did Maths. I have to order them to smallest to biggest. First I did B,D,C,A,G,F,H,E. The long white box was the last one because it was 18,000cm3. Mrs Moore put letter's in the box smallest to biggest and we had to go in groups and we have to pick a box to measure. I picked the smallest box. I had to measure the Length, Height, and the Width and you have to times the number you have.

This is the box that was the smallest. This is the box that I measured with my group. The Length was 28 and the Height was 3 and the Width was 3. When we finished Measured our box we have to Times it and the answer was 252cm3.

Samoan Laguage Week

Last week we had Samoan Language week. We had to go and dressed up on to our clothes. When we got dressed we went down to the hall. When we got down to the hall i saw lots and lots of people inside the hall. We went inside the hall and we have to sit down on our lines. First we had to do the Samoan National Anthem. After the Samoan National Anthem we did the prayer.

After the Samoan National  Anthem and the prayer the girls did there dance. The girls dance was cool and neat and they worked together as a team and they did it well. :~)

After the girls dance Presley and Faiupu was doing the Sasa. They were so cool and they worked together and they were happy of thereself.

After Presley and Faiupu's sasa it was the boys turn to do the Samoan Haka. The Samoan Haka was so cool.

When they finished doing the Haka they did it two times. :~)

Using Speech Recongnition

On Tuesday the 9th of June, James came and shared us how to use a speech recognition tool on Google doc. The name of the tool was speech recognition.

It is a great tool because if you want to comment on somebody's blog, you get to talk to your Chromebook like it's stupid.

Tennis Term 2

 This term Room 14 has been learning how to play tennis. We learnt to pick up the racket with an L. We have learnt about lots of staff about tennis and it was so awesome. The coach was so amazing because he told us cool tricks but we couldn't do it. The tricky bit was you have to get a ball and a tennis racket and you have to throw your ball and spin the racket around the ball.

We started bouncing the ball with our racket. We need it to bounce the ball and we have to keep the racket still and hitting it fast on the ground.

Josh told us about bouncing the ball on top of the sweet spot. He told us about staying still and the ball has to stay still in the middle of the racket.

The coach told us to find a partner we stared getting our ball and our own racket and we have to find a place around the net and we have to practice hitting the ball over the net.

Ben was the master because he was staying still and not moving and he has focusing on the ball. 

My Digital Footprint

This is my work about my digital footprint. I learn that when you go on something else and if you are trying to delete it gonna stay there on the internet and your parents, teacher can see what you are doing. 

Book Tracks

Today I read a book about snow white in Book Tracks. The music was so slowly and it was so scary because it had scary story snow white and the three dwarf. When I was reading this story it was scary and cool.I was so scary that I heard the storm and it was so loud .What I like about snow white is that it is so incredible and cool. 

Anzac Ceremony

This is a collage about may road school having a ceremony because the new Zealand soldiers died for the world. The crosses means that the new Zealand soldiers died and It has there name on each crosses.
